Cut-Deals strives to sell only high quality products and guarantees your satisfaction with it's products. If an item is returned
due to dissatisfaction it will be handled according to our 30-day Returns
Policy (stated below).
Shipping Discounts:
The shipping will automatically be reduced by $3.00 per item, when additional
items are purchased. Each item purchased in a single order, beyond the first
item, causes the shipping and handling charges to be reduced by $3.00. This
allows the customer to purchase several items that are part of a set with
reduced shipping charges.

Cut-Deals strives to sell only high quality products and guarantees your satisfaction with it's products. A 30-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is offered on all items. If dissatisfied with the item for any reason. The total cost of purchase, less Shipping and Handling and a 5% restocking fee will be refunded. NOTE: Worn or Damaged items are not acceptable for return. Please follow the "Damage from Shipping" instructions, below, within 10 days of receiving product, to facilitate proper processing of shipping damage claims. (An R.A. number must be requested before returning merchandise. Please read details below). NOTE- Funds are refunded 100% in the rare case an item
should become back-ordered while being processed. |
100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason, contact Cut-Deals at sales@cut-deals.com within 30 days of placing order, referencing R.A. (Return Authorization). Briefly specify that the return request is due to a satisfaction issue. Return instructions will be sent along with the R.A. Number. The total cost of purchase, less Shipping and Handling and a 5% restocking fee will be refunded.

Damage from Shipping: All items are shipped with extreme care, using packaging which protects the item from contact and shock if necessary. If the package appears damaged, please carefully inspect the merchandise. If damage is found, preserve the packaging and any evidence of the damage. For claims on damaged merchandise, Please follow claims procedure of UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS listed in the "Customer Support" areas of their respective web sites.
